STAGE MANAGER NEEDED - EL CID Austin Shakespeare is seeking a professional stage manager for a new adaptation of Corneille's El Cid. Pre-production week begins October 2, 2023 and the run is November 10-26, 2023 (no show on Thanksgiving, extra show that week the preceding Wednesday) at the Rollins Theatre - Long Center for the Performing Arts. Stage managers are engaged under an AEA-SPT1 contract. Union membership is not required. Professional stage management experience is required. TECHNICAL DIRECTOR NEEDED - EL CID Austin Shakespeare is seeking a technical director for a new adaptation of Corneille's El Cid. The show runs November 10-26, 2023 (no show on Thanksgiving, extra show that week the preceding Wednesday) at the Rollins Theatre - Long Center for the Performing Arts. The technical director is a position that requires carpentry skills as well as budgeting experience.
