JOB DESCRIPTION:The Executive Director will be the face of and oversee the operations of the Fredericksburg Theater Company. The mission of the Fredericksburg Theater Company is “to provide superior theatrical programs for regional participation which entertain, educate, enrich and inspire.” FTC has grown to an audience of over 13,000 annually. Fredericksburg Theater Company has won Theater of the Decade for the San Antonio Region by Broadway World and is excited to be producing its 27th season. The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of the Theater to include; theater operations, finance, accounting, ticketing, contracts, marketing, staffing, employee development, fundraising, public relations, employee relations, and grant writing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

All aspects of theatrical productions
Bachelors in Theater Arts (Or a related degree)
Experience managing a staff to stage a production
Grant Writing
Fundraising
Marketing
