OPEN CALL - SHOWTUNES; Online Signups for October 20, 2021 at Cherrywood Coffeehouse, Austin.

 

 

Open Call is a showtune open mic night where singer/actors can try out new songs or polish favorites with a live pianist and supportive audience. 

For everyone's safety, the event will be held outdoors on the patio of Cherrywood Coffee, 1400 E. 38th 1/2 St Austin, TX 78722 (click for map). Seating is limited so get there early.

Since Austin is still in stage 5, PLEASE stay home if you're experiencing any Covid symptoms or may have been exposed. If that happens, I will happily refund your singer fee and give you priority signup for the next event. 

It is free to watch, but please order food or drinks from Cherrywood as a thank you for hosting us.

For singers, there is a suggested $10 donation per song that will go to pay our fantastic pianist Ellie Jarrett Shattles and sound person Ian Meneses for their time and talents.

Please bring sheet music in the correct key, but you don't need to have a song chosen when you sign up.
