In Memoriam: Noah Parsons Neal, 1979 - November 23, 2020, by Ken Webster, Hyde Park Theatre, Austin

Noah Parsons Neal was born June 30, 1979 and died November 23, 2020. He was raised in Graham, Tx., and graduated from Graham High School where he was active in theater, band and was the school mascot his senior year. Noah graduated from McLennan Community College and St. Edward’s University where he majored in drama.
 
 
After college, Noah became a company member of Hyde Park Theatre, and appeared in DOG SEES GOD, CHOPPER, YOU'RE NO ONE'S NOTHING SPECIAL, LONELY, FEATURING LORETTA, LARIUS LIKLER, and PORT ARTHUR for HPT, and MR. MARMALADE for Capital T . He loved Austin’s music scene and was a dedicated Kelli Willis fan. Noah worked at Stubb’s BBQ, Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas and the University of Texas.
 
He is survived by his parents, John and Teresa, and sister Mary, all of Austin, and his son Henry of Round Rock. Also, his Uncle Mike Neal and wife Linda, Graham, Tx., Aunt Jackie House and husband Bill, Corpus Christi, Uncle David Neal, Lubbock, and Uncle George Neal and wife Erin of Denton, cousins Molly Grantges, Rachel Hayden, Jason Neal, and Jud Neal.
 
Noah was preceded in death by grandparents H.L. and Leora Parsons and Jack Neal, Graham, Tx., and Jean Clark , Yantis, Tx.
 
Noah had a good heart and a sweet soul. We cherish the time he was with us and will miss him every day.
 
 
Because of the times there will be no service or celebration of his life at this time. Remembrances in his name may be made to Health Alliance for Austin Musicians or a charity of your choice.
 
Rest in peace, dearest Noah.
