Video Promo by Taylor Flanagan: THE WAZIR OF OZ, Scottish Rite Theatre, Weekends, February 3 - 25, 2018
(video promo by Taylor Flanagan)
The Wazir of Oz is a delightful Bollywood-style play adaptation of The Wizard of Oz. When Drithi wanders from her aunt’s farm in India, she gets lost. Along the way, she meets a scarecrow, a stone woman, and a cowardly tiger who join her on a journey to seek help from the legendary Wazir of Oz. In the meantime, the Wazir and his sidekick have troubles of their own with a fortune-telling bird. With live music by The Sacred Cowgirls, original choreography, professional actors, puppets, and more, all ages will enjoy this funny, heartwarming show.
The show runs under one hour with open seating with carpet space for kids to sit close to the action. After the show, children may meet the cast.
