WE ARE RENOVATING!

Sam Bass Theatre is excited to announce that we are renovating our Lobby Building to make it more accessible to all of our patrons and more enjoyable as well! However our construction crew has fallen behind and needs some help getting it all finished before our next show opens!

We need Volunteers to help with the remodeling work. We have a skilled foreman to show you the ropes so all you need to be is willing to learn! However if you have any building experience we would gladly use your knowledge.

Additionally we need people with Electrical and Plumbing Experience!

This project starts tonight Thursday May 4 and will go through Sunday May 7th.
Project hours are as follows

Thursday May 4th 7:00 pm-9:00 pm
Friday May 5th 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Saturday May 6th - ALL DAY
Sunday May 7th - ALL DAY

To help with this project please email info@sambasstheatre.org and we will get you signed up and prepared. Or just come by the theatre ready to go!

The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee Seeks Light and Sound Booth Operators and Running Crew.

The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee Opens May 12 and runs through June 3.

Light and Sound Booth Operators will be needed from Saturday May 6th through the run of the show. If you are not available the entire run we can work around conflicts. We have a brand new light and sound board operating system so this will be a fun project and a great way to learn about new technology!
Running Crew is needed from May 6th through the run of the show. This is a simple show with minimal props and costume changes. A great way to get your feet wet!

Don't Worry You Can Still Be A Part Of The Fun!

We Need Volunteers for our Box Office and Concession Stand!

This is a great opportunity to get involved with Sam Bass on a beginners level. Come see how the theatre works and find out what else you might be interested in being a part of! With very little time commitment it is a great way to rack up credits towards free tickets and help Sam Bass out at the same time!

Box Office Volunteers are needed Thursday-Saturdays from 7:00 pm-9:30 pm (may be earlier) Sundays from 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm (may be earlier). This is a simple task, you will collect tickets, pass out programs and poor drinks and make popcorn! We will show you all you need to know!
