Star Bandit Foundation
Star Bandit Foundation was established in 2023 with a passion for the arts among a collective of artists, and a generous first donation of $5,000. We presented our first annual theater festival, Stargaze Theater Festival, which was successful and profitable with 148% ROl. We will continue to host annual play festivals to raise funds for our grant fund to empower Artists so that they may create and tell their stories free from financial burden. Stargaze Theater Festival benefitted and uplifted local Texas artists & playwrights by giving them the opportunity to highlight their art. Between actors, writers, cast, & crew, many were first time thespians.

We aim to inspire and encourage the next generation of artists in Texas and we are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of people by helping to build a stronger, more vibrant artistic community. Our annual theater festival provides a vital platform for artists to showcase their talents and engage with audiences, enriching our cultural tapestry with fresh perspectives and innovative creations.

Our Mission
Our mission is to foster a thriving arts community in Texas by providing financial assistance to artists who may not otherwise have access to resources and opportunities. We believe that art is essential to a healthy and vibrant society and that it should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances. We are committed to promoting diversity, inclusivity, and equity in the arts, and we strive to support artists from all backgrounds and communities.
Our Team
Marcus Delzell (President) holds a B.A. in Theatre from St. Edwards, and is experienced in nonprofit management and passionate about supporting the arts. marcus@starbandits.org
Robbie Bland (Vice President) has a background in fundraising and community engagement, is an avid stop-motion film creator, and is committed to promoting diversity in the arts. robbie@starbandits.org
Isabella Nunez (Committee Director) holds an MBA from Texas State, has experience in arts administration, customer service, & event planning, and is passionate about fostering community connections. bella@starbandits.org
Kevin Serrano (Treasurer) is a CPA, holds an MPA from UT, has financial expertise, and is a strong advocate for supporting local artists. kevin@starbandits.org
Kate Robinson (Secretary) holds a B.S. in Radio-Television-Film from UT, has strong organizational skills and is passionate about helping artists produce their works. kate@starbandits.org
