Auditions to be held June 30, 2015.
Tender Rough Rough Tender is receiving a developmental production this August. We are currently soliciting headshots and resumes for the roles of BELL and MIKE. In addition, as this production is the launch of a new/forming Austin-based theatre company, we are excited to get to know as many new actors as we can.
BELL: 30’s. A waitress. A lone wolf, wily, suspicious. The kind of girl you might be too intimidated by to talk to at the party. She knows what she wants, sort of. And how she’s going to get it – maybe.
MIKE: 30’s. He fights fires. Kind, sincere, not too savvy. He just wants to do good in the world and doesn’t want you to make a huge deal about it. Okay, maybe make a bit of a deal. Say thank you at least.

Those invited to audition will be seen with sides from the script on June 30, with callbacks on July 1. Auditions held at the Off Shoot.
Rehearsals begin July 20. Tentative schedule: Mondays – Thursdays, 6:30 pm to 10 pm, Saturdays 1 pm to 4 pm.
Eight Performances running August 21 through August 30, taking place at the Rude Mech’s Off-Shoot.
