REM - Rapid Eye Movement

R.E.M. "Rapid Eye Movement" is an original theatrical showcase evolving and unwinding by the realms of the unconscious mind. Multiple dreams lead the journey and celestial messages will make themselves heard on the eve of awakening.
The F.I.R.E. Collaborative is excited to announce this audition call in coalition with Jump-Start Performance Co. This project is a product of the original debut production from May of 2016. "Rapid Eye Movement" is a Jump-Start Inkubator production.
Auditions Sunday, August 14 at 12 PM - 3 PM in CDT
The following are the dates for the run of the show:
October 13th/14th/15th/21st/22nd@8pm
If you would like to prepare one comedic and one dramatic monologue (3 min. max total) or perform a song (30 sec. max) You are more than welcome. But they are not required! We will facilitate a series of improv exercises and cold readings from the actual script. We recommend you arrive a little earlier to fill out your audition sheet and notate your availability. Headshots & Resumes are welcome, but not required. The schedule is as follows:
Audition sign-in: 12pm-12:30pm
Exercises & Cold readings: 12:30pm-2:30pm
Prepared Auditions: 2:30pm-3:30pm
