The EmilyAnn Theatre & Gardens is holding auditions for Narnia, The Musical, based on C.S. Lewis’ The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

WHERE: EmilyAnn's Burdine Johnson Indoor Studio Theatre

Please prepare a one-minute monologue and a song of your choosing (12-16 measures). You can bring sheet music or a karoake style cd to sing with. 

The show will run January 29th-February 21 (Fridays, Saturdays 7:30pm, Sundays 2pm)

*the roles of Susan and Lucy are cast

CAST OF CHARACTERS:
ASLAN: the Great Lion of Narnia – Baritone/Tenor
JADIS: the White Witch– Queen of Narnia, human – strong Alto/Mezzo – belt OK
PETER: human boy, 13-15** – Baritone/Tenor
SUSAN: human girl, 12-14** – Soprano
EDMOND: human boy 11-13** – boy’s unchanged voice or Baritenor
LUCY: human girl 10-12** – Soprano
MR. TUMNUS: Male, a fawn (or satyr) – Tenor
FENRIS ULF: Male, The Chief of the White Witch’s Police — a wolf Baritone/Tenor
DWARF: Chief lackey to the Queen—male or female – Character voice medium range
MR. BEAVER: a male, cockney beaver – Baritone/Tenor
MRS. BEAVER: a female, cockney beaver – Mezzo
PROFESSOR DIGORY KIRKE: the children’s uncle, human – Baritone/Tenor
FATHER CHRISTMAS: Santa –Baritone
MRS. MACREADY: housekeeper in the professor’s house, human (can be non-singing)
THE WHITE STAG: a dance role only–the harbinger of change in NARNIA
