Character Breakdown
Every Christmas Story Ever Told (And Then Some!) is written in the style of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged)and features an ensemble of three performers who serve as storytellers, comedians, improvisers, and character actors.
Actors remain onstage for most of the show, rapidly transforming between characters such as Santa Claus, Scrooge, the Grinch, Rudolph, Nativity figures, and many, many others.
We seek a diverse ensemble of adult performers of all genders, races, ethnicities, body types, and backgrounds.
Performers must be comfortable with broad comedy, audience interaction, improvisation, and emceeing. Strong ensemble skills, comedic timing, physical expressiveness, adaptability, and high energy are essential for this joyful, fast-paced holiday comedy.
