AUDTIONS!! AUDITIONS!!!
Auditions will be August 27 and 28, 2024 at 7:00 PM at St. Joan of Arc Episcopal Church, 16708 Picadilly Ct. #105., Round Rock (Pflugerville City Limits).
Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. You do not need to attend both days, but it is helpful if you can. Bring your lists of conflicts. Rehearsals will begin September 3 and be held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 PM each week. For tech week, starting October 14, rehearsals will be Monday through Thursday.
Performances will also be held at St. Joan’s:
1st Weekend: Friday, October 18, & Saturday, October 19, at 8PM. Matinee on Sunday, October 20, at 2PM.
2nd Weekend: Thursday, October 24, & Friday, October 25, at 8PM. Matinee on Saturday, October 26, at 2PM.
Character Breakdown-
Nora Helmer-the heroine of the play (20s+)
Torvald Helmer - a lawyer who has recently been promoted to Bank Manager, Nora's Husband (40s+)
Kristine Linde- an old friend of Nora's (20s+)
Nils Krogstad-the antagonist of the play. (40s+)
Dr. Rank-doctor who is best friends with Torvald and Nora (40s+)
Nurse to both Nora and Nora's children, the nursemaid, whose name is Anne Marie (50s+)
Helene- is a maid in the Helmers’ household. (teen-20s)
The porter- delivers the Helmers’ Christmas tree. (teen-20s)
The children-Nora and Torvald have three children- Ivar (10), Bobby (7), and Emmy (5).
