Silent House Theatre Company’s summer of theatre kicks off May 4th, 2024 with our auditions for Spring Awakening (directed by Jamie Coblentz) & Boys in the Band (directed by Ryan Kirby). Take advantage of this dual opportunity and sign up today! These shows will certainly take us back to our dark, boundary-pushing roots — we’d love to see you a part of it. The singing portion of the audition needs to be video format, 30 to 60 seconds in the style of the show, sent to silenthousetheatre@gmail.com!

Auditions will be on Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at the Jubilee Theatre in Waco from 1:00 - 5:00 P.M. Please come prepared with a 60 - 90 second monologue of your choosing. There will be cold reads at auditions- dialect is not required.

Please record a 90-second video audition of you singing a song from a musical in a style similar to the music in Spring Awakening. The recording must be submitted through the webform at the website (click HERE).

Please prepare a 90 second monologue to perform at auditions and come prepared to dance.

Thursday, June 20th, 2024 at 7:30 P.M.

Friday, June 21st at 7:30 P.M.

Saturday, June 22nd at 2:30 P.M.

Boys in the Band Performance Dates:

Thursday, July 18th, 2024 at 7:30 P.M.

Friday, July 19th at 7:30 P.M.

Saturday, July 20th 2:30 P.M. and 7:30 P.M.
