Texas Comedies brings irreverent musical comedies to towns across the state: shows like The Feud, Bonnie & Clyde, Murders & Moontowers, Prohibition, and Alamo Aftermath. In theaters and halls of all sizes, we perform one hour musical comedy productions, each with a live band, loosely based on “true” events in Texas history.
Auditions: Actors for Texas Comedies, touring from Austin
Nov. 15, 2022 - Jan. 15, 2023
Texas Comedies will be performing in various Texas cities for one- and two-night runs of our shows. These will be going on during various weekends throughout 2023. You can commit to one set of shows or multiple.
What we need in a performer:
- Ability to do comedy
- Ability to sing
- Some dance ability is a plus; not needed for all parts
We provide:
- Pay (per performance)
- Transportation
- Lodging (when we stay overnight)
- Experience with audiences all over Texas
