All the King's Women

Based on true events, it’s the story of Elvis Presley through the eyes of 17 women, in a series of 5 one-acts and 3 monologues. The production will also feature vocalists performing Elvis songs between scenes.
ALL THE KING'S WOMEN

AUDITION DATES: May 11, 7:00 pm. Callbacks possible on May 13.
SHOW DATES: June 26 through July 12 (no evening show on July 4, but a matinee is possible).
NEEDED: (Flexible, with doubling) Actors - Up to 17 women, age 16 and up; Up to 7 men, age 16 and up.
Singers – all ages, male and female. Ensemble singing will also be considered.
Auditions will consist of cold-readings. Contact art@rialtotheater.org to be emailed a copy of the script.
Singers should have a prepared selection (does NOT have to be an Elvis number), from 16 to 32 bars. You may sing acapella, bring a karaoke version of accompaniment (cd) or have an accompanist (yourself or someone else). A piano will be available, or you may bring a guitar.
We are NOT looking for Elvis impersonators, but rather performers who can bring their own flavor to one of the King’s classics.
You must note ALL conflicts for rehearsals and performances on the evening of your auditions.
***NOTE***: We are practicing COVID-19 protocol – wearing a face mask is strongly encouraged, and please do your best to maintain a 6’ distance from others while inside the Rialto. Wash or sanitize hands as soon as possible after handling shared scripts, props, etc. If you are feeling any symptoms, please do NOT come! Thanks for your cooperation.
