Comfortably ensconced in his charming Connecticut home, Sidney Bruhl, a successful writer of Broadway thrillers, is struggling to overcome a dry spell which has resulted in a string of failures and a shortage of funds. A possible break in his fortunes occurs when he receives a script from a student in the seminar he has been conducting at a nearby college—a thriller that Sidney recognizes immediately as a potential Broadway smash. Sidney’s plan, devised with his wife’s help, is to offer collaboration to the student for co-credit. Or is it?

AUDITION DATES:

Monday, January 6th, 2020 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, room C

Thursday, January 9th, 2020 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, room C

Saturday, January 11th, 2020 from 10:00 AM to Noon, Room F

AUDITION LOCATION: The Lakeway Activity Center, 105 Cross Creek, Lakeway, TX 78734

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS: 

✔ Sides will be available on the Lakeway Players website, www.thelakewayplayers.com, shortly prior to auditions. Additional scenes may be provided at audition time.

✔ Please bring 1 copy each of your headshot and resume if you have them.

Porter Milgrim…………..A lawyer

Rehearsals will begin in February, 2020 and continue thru tech and dress, March 23rd thru 25th, 2020.

 

The quality of the auditions will determine the best casting for the show. This will be assessed after all auditions are completed.
