¡Hijole! ¡Qué emoción! La Pastorela returns to The Emma S. Barrientos Mexican-American Cultural Center this December, under the direction of Rupert Reyes. We’re holding auditions for this timeless tale of shepherds, angels, and devils, a time-honored tradition for the whole familia, and we’d love for YOU to be a part of it!
WHO: Actors of all ages!
WHEN: Auditions will be held by appointment on October 7th and 8th , from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

WHAT DO I NEED: Bring a headshot and an acting resume (but no worries, if you don’t!). We suggest preparing 1 comedic monologue and 1 dramatic monologue of about 1 minute each (but if you don’t have one, we’ll provide sides for you to read). You may be asked to sing at your audition, so bring a song you love to share! Bilingual actors with Spanish experience are encouraged but not required.
