Auditions for FTC's Summer Musical The Sound of Music will be held Saturday, March 30 at 6:00 p.m. & Sunday, March 31, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., at the Steve W. Shepherd Theater, located at 1668 Highway 87 South in Fredericksburg. Audition packets and full scripts will be available to be checked out from the FTC Box Office starting Thursday, March 14. The scripts may be checked out for 24 hours at a time. For the audition, you will be required to sing a song and read a scene from the script. A light movement audition is also required.

Schedule: A detailed schedule will be provided when the show is cast. Rehearsals are typically held Monday through Fridays, starting at 6:30 pm and ending around 9:00 pm. All cast members will be required to attend the technical rehearsals on June 10th through the 13th, and all performance dates.

Performances: Weekends, June 14th -30th: Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m., Sundays at 2:00 pm
