Seeking 4 courageous performers for the Austin debut production of Chickens in the Yard by Paul Kruse. Directed by Alice Stanley. To be performed on the outdoor stage at The VORTEX, May 24-June 1, 2019.
All 4 actors will play both human characters and chickens. Seeking actors with movement capabilities (experience not required).
Actively seeking diversity in casting. Performers of any color, race, age, and gender. Artists will receive a performer stipend.
Please prepare a 1-2 minute contemporary monologue.
Please bring current resume and headshot.
Callbacks will have a movement component; no movement preparation necessary for general auditions.
